A robust native perennial known for its tall spikes of vibrant magenta-purple flowers that bloom from mid to late summer. Historically, purple loosestrife was used in traditional herbal medicine and was valued for its astringent properties, though today it is primarily grown for its ornamental and ecological benefits.

Upon arrival, plant immediately in a cool, shaded spot (indoors or outdoors) and water thoroughly.
Once new growth appears, move to the final growing location.
