LEMON BALM (Melissa officinalis): Traditionally associated with relaxation, restful evenings and soothing herbal infusions.
CHAMOMILE (Matricaria chamomilla): Traditionally linked with calm, comfort and gentle bedtime teas, chamomile has been used for centuries to support relaxation and peaceful sleep.
WILD RASPBERRY (Rubus idaeus): Raspberry leaf has long been used in traditional herbalism for women’s wellbeing and menstrual support.
CALENDULA (Calendula officinalis): Traditionally linked with skin care, gentle herbal preparations and sunny uplifting energy.
DOG ROSE (Rosa canina): Rosehips are naturally rich in vitamin C and have been gathered for traditional teas and syrups for generations.
Supplied bare root, carefully packed with a moisture source to ensure freshness.
Plant height: approximately 20cm.
Please remember that most plants (except Evergreens) are dormant in Autumn/Winter so your order may have no leaves until Spring.

Upon arrival, plant immediately in a cool, shaded spot (indoors or outdoors) and water thoroughly.
Once new growth appears, move to the final growing location.
