Because live plants are perishable and cannot be resold once shipped, we do not accept physical returns.

However, your satisfaction matters, and we offer refunds or replacements in specific situations.

Reporting issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Refunds / replacements

We will offer one of the following depending on the issue:

• A replacement plant

• A partial refund

• A full refund if the item is unusable on arrival

Non-returnable items

• Live plants

• Perishable botanical products

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
